Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.

• Track shipments in real-time, providing updates to stakeholders and proactively addressing potential delays.
• Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies, finding efficient solutions to minimize disruption.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation , including shipping manifests and customs forms.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, customers, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics , transportation, or supply chain coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tracking systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
