Logistics Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, communicating with carriers and clients, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Manage carrier relationships, including booking shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, customers, and suppliers regarding shipment status.
• Monitor shipments for any delays or issues and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and update the transportation management system (TMS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of transportation management , shipping procedures, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a remote setting .
• Familiarity with customs regulations for international shipments is a plus.
