Logistics Coordinator - SC cleared - Inside IR35

We are currently looking for an SC cleared Logistics Co-Ordinator. They will be providing timely support for Joiners, leavers & break-fix swap out requests, as well as supporting general warehouse activity.

The day-to-day tasks they will be supporting are as follows:

• Manage service tickets within customer supplied ITSM - adhering to SLA's throughout
• Update customer systems manually to ensure both platforms are aligned
• Process joiners, leavers and break-fix requests in a timely manner for next business day delivery
• Move items in/out of stock, updating CMDB at all times
• Trigger Autopilot pre-provisioning process on each device prior to shipment
• Schedule deliveries / collections with end customer
• Update tickets with tracking info, asset info, updates
• Clean & grade devices coming back into the warehouse
• Manage any warranty claims with Microsoft including logging and tracking calls
• Feed progress, issues and SLA performance into SDM for weekly review with customer
• Support warehouse team with configuration of customer refresh devices
• Help warehouse team with general requirements in quiet periods
