Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any logistical problems or delays.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for accurate stock management.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
• Assist in the negotiation of transportation rates and terms with service providers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar administrative role within the logistics sector.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and shipping software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
