Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders on delivery status.
• Manage relationships with shipping carriers, negotiating rates and optimizing routes.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and update the company's transportation management system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Familiarity with shipping software and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
