About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and tracking of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange and manage logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery documentation.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics or transport coordination role.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations if applicable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
