Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound, liaising with shipping partners.
• Track shipments in real-time, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving any transit issues promptly.
• Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery confirmations.
• Optimize routing and carrier selection to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities and prepare regular reports on transportation performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding order status and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics or transportation coordination role.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
