Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring efficient movement of goods.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery progress, and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Liaise with transportation providers to negotiate rates and book shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical transactions and generate relevant reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners regarding shipment status and requirements.
• Assist in the optimization of logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics , supply chain, or transportation role is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
