Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Liaise with freight carriers and logistics partners to negotiate rates and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Process shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities in the company's system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics or transport coordination role.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes, logistics operations, and shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
