Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
• Plan and optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and delivery times.
• Track shipments in real-time and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant parties.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve logistical problems and ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery confirmations using company systems.
• Assist in the management of warehouse inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and external partners.
