Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.

- Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Identify and resolve any logistical problems or delays promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation and logistics activities within the company's systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar role within the transport industry.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures, documentation, and common logistics software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with various parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
