About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery performance in the logistics system.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination role.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
