Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Track shipments, manage transportation schedules, and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with freight carriers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery information using logistics software.
• Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and other necessary paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes and costs while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics , supply chain, or transportation-related role.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with various parties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, particularly in a hybrid work setting.
