Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Liaise with transportation providers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and inventory levels using the company's logistics software.
• Process shipping documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the logistics operation.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment status and inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics , supply chain, or transportation coordination role.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
