This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, coordinating transportation, and managing warehouse activities. You will be a key point of contact for suppliers, carriers, and internal departments, ensuring that all logistical operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of shipments, both inbound and outbound, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Liaise with transport providers to negotiate rates and secure appropriate shipping solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery statuses using logistics software.
• Monitor inventory movements and collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical challenges.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
