Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues and optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and costs using logistics software.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for efficient stock management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistical improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
