About the Role

Our client is recruiting for dedicated Logistics Operatives to join their operational team in Bristol . This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of the logistics process, including handling goods, preparing orders, and ensuring the efficient flow of products through the distribution centre. You will work as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the successful and timely fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, highly organised, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety in all tasks undertaken.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate manual handling equipment, such as pallet trucks, as required.
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines diligently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding role, including lifting and standing.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
