Logistics Operative

About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and diligent Logistics Operative to join their team in Norwich . This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks within the warehouse, including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will be an integral part of our logistics process, ensuring that all items are handled with care and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials efficiently.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Organise and store inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, such as pallet trucks.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for long periods.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
