Description
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Logistics Operative to join our team in Coalville on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for safely parking, moving and retrieving vehicles across our Coalville vehicle refurbishment site.
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will help maintain a clean, organised site, ensuring space and capacity are maximised while prioritising workloads in line with business needs. Working as part of a team, you'll play a key role in the movement of around 1,000 vehicles each day.
This role will be working 45-hours per week working a 9-hour shift between the hours of 06:30 - 18:00. We are happy to discuss the most suitable shift for you at interview stage.
Due to the nature of this role we require you on-site 5-days per week at our Coalville site.
Qualifications
The ability to be able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks, work effectively as part of a team and able to adapt to new challenges.
Minimum criteria:
• Previous experience in vehicle movement
• Confident and adaptable with managing multiple priorities
• Full Driving Licence- legally able to drive manual vehicles in the UK, we will check your Driving License
