About the Role

Our client is seeking reliable and diligent Logistics Operatives to join their busy warehouse team in Brighton . This role is hands-on and essential for the smooth operation of their logistics and distribution processes. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse work, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a keen eye for detail, and works well as part of a team, contributing to the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and fulfilling customer orders with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and accurately log incoming inventory.
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately according to specifications.
• Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
