Logistics Performance & Automation Lead

Raylo is building a scalable supply chain function in the UK to support rapid growth in e-commerce subscriptions. You will own logistics performance reporting, manage fulfilment partners, and drive automation using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve decision making.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Risk and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and better network performance, while shaping processes that scale with the business.
