About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute optimal transportation plans for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Select appropriate carriers and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
• Manage all necessary shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to coordinate logistics activities.
• Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics planning , transportation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of different transportation modes and their associated regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
