London Building Safety Lead for HRBs & Fire Safety

Grosvenor Property UK is seeking a Building Safety Manager to oversee fire and structural safety across ~170 residential buildings and 14 HRBs in London. This role drives safety case development, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of the Building Safety Management System.

You will collaborate with internal teams, agents, contractors, and regulators, ensuring safe living environments while meeting statutory Building Safety Act obligations. A hybrid working arrangement is available.
