London Solutions Engineering Manager - Presales Leader

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow the presales team in London. You will hire and mentor 5–10 Solutions Engineers, set discovery and demo standards, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on strategy and revenue outcomes.

You will own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and regional strategy, while staying hands-on with high-impact deals and shaping the playbook for the region across Demo environments and PoCs.
