Loss Adjusting Operations Manager

Expanding specialist household insurer seeks to appoint National Operations Manager to its Major & Complex Loss Division.

• You will work alongside the UK Head of Major Loss assisting with the operational and technical management of a national team of home-based adjusters purely handling household property losses in excess of £100,000.
• The role is home-based, so you can live anywhere, but you must be prepared to travel accordingly.

About you:

• Candidates must have a technical background within domestic major loss work and a proven track record handling claims in excess of £100,000.
• You should also ideally be ACILA qualified or at least progressing through Cert CILA/Dip CILA.
• You should also be personally ambitious to match the ethos of our client.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary up to £80-85,000 plus bonus (10% of salary), car allowance (£6,800), pension and 25 days holiday.
