Personal Assistant / Befriender
Hours: 5 per week | Location: St Cyrus | Pay: £13.45 per hour
Job Overview
This role involves supporting a 12‑year‑old boy with Autism and ADHD by spending time with him in community or home settings, providing consistent boundaries, guidance, and nurturing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend 5 hours per week providing companionship and support.
- Assist with daily routines and activities.
- Maintain consistent boundaries and calm guidance.
- Provide reassurance and nurturing support when emotions are overwhelming.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Patient, compassionate, and able to build trust at the individual's pace.
- Good communication skills and sense of humour.
- Ability to maintain boundaries and provide calm instruction.
Additional Information
£13.45 per hour. Position requires PVG membership.
