# Luciano Giubbilei: Studio ManagerLuciano Giubbilei is seeking a proactive and highly organised Studio Manager to support the smooth and efficient running of its London-based garden and landscape design practice.Established in 1997, the award-winning Luciano Giubbilei Studio designs public and private gardens for clients around the world. The practice offers a dynamic, fast-paced working environment, with a collaborative team working closely across all projects.## The roleA key role within the practice, the Studio Manager will work closely with Luciano to support both him and the wider team in the day-to-day running and coordination of the studio.This is a full-time, office-based position, although part-time applications will be considered. The varied, hands-on role requires adaptability and a willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities, including studio management, client liaison, project coordination, PR and press support, website management, and general administrative and ad hoc duties.Key responsibilities include:* Managing diaries and the studio calendar, including travel arrangements* Organising and monitoring studio supplies, subscriptions, and systems* Handling client communications, financial administration, and accounts management* Coordinating project workflows, deadlines, phasing, and fee management* Managing and updating the studio website* Preparing PR content* Providing project support as required## The candidateThe ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised and enthusiastic about building their experience within a creative studio environment, while confidently managing the varied responsibilities of a busy practice. You will have:* 5 years’ experience in office administration or studio management* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively* High computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite* A proactive attitude with strong drive and initiative* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English* Exceptional attention to detail## Job details* Contract: Permanent* Hours: Full time, but part-time applications will be considered* Location: 34 Southern Row, London W10 5AN* Salary: Starting at £35,000, depending on experience## How to applyPlease email your CV, references, and a cover letter to #J-18808-Ljbffr
