Lux Pastry Chef — Lead Dessert Creations at a Boutique Hotel

The Priory Hotel in Wareham, Dorset, is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead and elevate the pastry offerings within our luxury country house hotel and restaurant. You will design new pastry dishes, own the pastry section, and ensure smooth handover between chefs.

Expect to lead desserts for lunch and dinner as well as our Afternoon teas. Ideal candidates have pastry experience in a fine dining setting or formal pastry training, with a passion for high standards and culinary excellence.
