Luxury High-Jewellery Brand Ambassador – VIP Sales Leader

Four Seasons, flagship New York boutique, is seeking a Senior Brand Ambassador to lead luxury client engagement and drive sales across High Jewellery in a full-time, permanent role.

You will mentor Brand Ambassadors, deliver bespoke consultations, and tell the Maison's heritage story while collaborating with the Store Director and Head Office.

Fluent English is essential; experience in luxury retail with VIP client development is preferred, with strong CRM and POS knowledge.
