Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury country hotel and restaurant near Bristol. You will support the Head Chef, supervise junior staff, and work in a multi AA Rosette kitchen using fresh, local produce to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

In this role you will prepare meals for fine dining, all-day dining, afternoon teas and functions, with opportunities for career development. A live-in option is available to the successful applicant.
