Luxury Reservations Specialist – Guest Experience

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is seeking a Reservations Executive to join our luxury reservations team in London. The role is 39 hours per week across a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and precise booking administration.

You will handle reservation clean-up, coordinate with guests and third‑party bookers, respond to calls per LQA and Forbes standards, and manage timely email responses.
