Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the operations of all guest-facing departments, ensuring service standards are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of department heads and operational staff.
• Oversee departmental budgets, manage costs effectively, and implement revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including F&B, Rooms Division, and guest services.
