Luxury Restaurant Supervisor — Guest Experience Leader

Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead day-to-day service for Mauro Colagreco Restaurants, manage staff at your station, and ensure seamless guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires strong English communication, a track record of excellent guest service, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Experience in luxury hotel operations is preferred.
