Luxury Retail Department Lead – Merchandising & Clienteling

FENDI is seeking a Department Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, driving the department's organization and KPIs. You will oversee merchandising, stock availability, sales, profitability, and the customer journey while leading a team in a luxury retail environment.

You will lead clienteling initiatives, manage customer service quality, and partner with Stock Planning and Merchandising to maintain inventory accuracy.
