Frasers Group’s Flannels is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Shirebrook store to drive commercial performance in a luxury fashion environment and lead a strong team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and upholding brand standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage staff development, stock control, and store budgets, collaborating with head office to meet growth objectives and KPIs.
