Luxury Sales Executive | Watches & Jewellery

Location: Mayfair, London
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 basic, depending on experience
OTE: £45,000 with uncapped commission
Hours: 8:30am to 6:30pm, five days per week, including regular weekends

About Trilogy Jewellers

Trilogy Jewellers is an independent luxury watch and jewellery specialist based in Mayfair.

We work with exceptional watches and jewellery from some of the worlds most prestigious brands, serving private clients and collectors from the UK and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The Role

You will deliver a highly personalised and discreet client experience while building long term relationships with private clients and collectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing enquiries in the showroom and across telephone, email and online platforms

Advising clients on luxury watches, fine jewellery, purchases and part exchanges

Developing and maintaining your own portfolio of clients

Identifying sales, purchasing and part exchange opportunities

Achieving individual sales targets

Maintaining excellent product and market knowledge

Handling high value transactions with accuracy and discretion

Maintaining exceptional showroom and presentation standards

About You

Previous experience within the luxury industry is essential.

Experience working directly with pre owned luxury goods, particularly watches or fine jewellery, is strongly preferred. xwwtmva

You will have:

A proven track record in luxury sales

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability

Exceptional attention to detail

A polished, professional and discreet approach

A genuine passion for watches and jewellery

What We Offer
