Luxury Spa Manager — Guest Experience & Wellness

Luxury Family Hotels is seeking a Spa Manager/Therapist for Fowey Hall Hotel in Cornwall. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week, with an annual salary of up to £38,000 DOE plus commission, bonus and generous service charge.

You will lead the spa team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and promote premium products. Ideal candidates are NVQ3/ITEC/CIDESCO qualified with hotel spa or destination spa experience, strong leadership, and a flexible schedule including weekends.
