M&A Tax Associate Director: Buy/Sell Due Diligence

Grant Thornton in the UK is seeking an Associate Director to lead tax advice and due diligence on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions within TAS. You will partner with other TAS teams and support business development and client relationship management.

You will manage discussions with clients and advisers, oversee FDD and SPA alignment, and drive tax structuring work across cross‑functional deal teams, with focus on accuracy, timelines and value delivery.
