M&A Tax Associate Director — Path to Director, Hybrid

Pure Search is recruiting a M&A Tax Associate Director for a leading Big 4 practice in the City of London. You will advise private equity funds, corporates, and investors on buy-side, sell-side, and equity market transactions, with a clear path to Director and beyond.

You will lead tax due diligence, structuring, and risk assessments across domestic and international deals, managing multiple deal teams and collaborating with Partners on business development and client relationships.
