Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you will manage all M&E on a high-profile residential-led development in London. You'll coordinate installations, testing and handover, working with the project team, consultants and subcontractors to meet programme, quality and safety standards. You will oversee the M&E subcontractors on site, resolve technical issues with the design team, and ensure commissioning and handover are completed to plan. This is a permanent role with a developer delivering high-quality projects across London. Pay / Benefits
- Manage all M&E subcontractors on site
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installations with the construction programme
- Monitor quality, progress and compliance across all M&E works
- Collaborate with Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues
- Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover
- Ensure works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements
- Tasks
- Experience as M&E Site Manager on large residential, mixed-use or commercial developments
- Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical packages
- Experience with main contractor or developer
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
