The projects range in scale from £80m to £250m, spanning sectors such as data centres, life sciences, logistics, and commercial office buildings. This position offers stability, progression, and the chance to play a key role on high-profile schemes. Position: M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: East London Type of Work: New Build & Refurbishment Project Values: £80m–£250m Sectors: Data Centres, Life Sciences, Logistics, Commercial Offices Rate / Salary: £450–£500 per day (outside IR35 available) or £70k–£100k + benefits (DOE) Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Contract / Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

Key Responsibilities

About You
