M&E Resident Engineer · On-Site
M&E Resident Engineers | Hyperscale Data Centres | Outside IR35
We're currently looking to speak with experienced M&E Resident Engineers for a range of Outside IR35 contract opportunities across the UK and Europe. These positions are supporting some of the world's largest hyperscale and mission-critical data centre environments, and we're keen to connect with individuals who have a proven track record within live operational facilities, large-scale campus environments, commissioning, critical switching, and operational readiness.

Typical Responsibilities
- Critical facilities operations
- Electrical and mechanical infrastructure management
- HV/LV systems
- UPS, generators and cooling systems
- Switching procedures and permit control
- Commissioning and handover support
- SOP, MOP and EOP development
- Operational readiness and transition activities
- Vendor and contractor management
- Incident response and escalation

Requirements
- Data centre experience is essential
- Mechanical or Electrical bias considered
- Strong understanding of critical infrastructure
- Ability to work within highly regulated environments
- Eligibility to work in the UK and/or Europe
