SITE MANAGER - M&E

Location: South Oxfordshire / UK South

Salary: £55,000 DOE

THE OPPORTUNITY

CPXR is recruiting for a Site Manager / Small Works Manager to join an established and growing contractor delivering M&E and construction projects across the South.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with experience across Healthcare, Defence, Education, Commercial or Public Sector projects, particularly within live or occupied environments.

The role offers a varied project portfolio, career progression and the opportunity to work on high-profile schemes across multiple sectors.

THE ROLE

• Take responsibility for day-to-day site management and delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics
• Manage health & safety, RAMS and site compliance
• Monitor programme, quality and project progress
• Oversee M&E works including HVAC, heating, ventilation and pipework
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams
• Support with variations, progress tracking and commercial awareness

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experienced Site Manager / M&E Site Manager / Small Works Manager
• Background in M&E, building services or construction
• Experience across Healthcare, Defence, Education, Commercial or Public Sector projects
• Comfortable working on live and operational sites
• SMSTS and UKATA Asbestos Awareness - essential
• Full UK Driving Licence - essential
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
