M & E Supervisor - NHS Middlesex - £52800

This is a full-time role.

What will you deliver?

Supervise water management systems, internal fabric team and specialist contractors Manage planned maintenance tasks from allocation to completion Plan and oversee work schedules ensuring quality and timely delivery Allocate work promptly to meet client satisfaction and performance targets Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with policies Maintain accurate work records and manage material orders Liaise with clients and resolve any issues Complete risk assessments and operate maintenance data systems Support emergency response and participate in on call rota Assist with staff training, investigations, and cover for colleagues as needed--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
