Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Build, test, and optimize predictive models using various machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production environments.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement improvements or retraining strategies as needed.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, extract insights, and inform model development.
• Contribute to the team's best practices in MLOps, code quality, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is advantageous.
