About the Role

Our client, a leader in AI & Emerging Technologies , is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer to join their growing team in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, UK . In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between machine learning development and IT operations, ensuring the efficient deployment, scaling, and monitoring of ML models. You will be instrumental in establishing robust and reliable MLOps pipelines, enabling faster iteration and deployment of AI solutions. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for CI/CD of machine learning models.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ML model performance and infrastructure.
• Automate the deployment, testing, and retraining of ML models in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to optimize ML workflows and infrastructure.
• Manage and provision cloud infrastructure required for ML model training and serving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related engineering role with an ML focus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services.
