About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer to join their growing team in Bristol , specializing in AI and Emerging Technologies . You will be responsible for bridging the gap between machine learning development and deployment, ensuring that AI models are reliably and efficiently integrated into production systems. This role is vital for maintaining and scaling our AI infrastructure, offering a hybrid work arrangement that combines the benefits of remote work with collaborative office-based activities in Bristol .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement automation for machine learning workflows, including data preprocessing, model versioning, and testing.
- Develop and manage infrastructure for deploying ML models in production environments using containerization and orchestration tools.
- Monitor model performance in production, detect drift, and implement retraining strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of ML models.
- Establish best practices and standards for MLOps within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related infrastructure engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows.
