About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer to join their dynamic technology team in Bristol . This role is crucial for bridging the gap between machine learning model development and production deployment, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and reliability. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust MLOps pipelines, automating workflows, and implementing best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of ML models. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated MLOps pipelines for the entire ML lifecycle.
- Implement continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous training (CI/CD/CT) for machine learning models.
- Develop and manage infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring using cloud platforms.
- Implement robust monitoring solutions to track model performance, data drift, and system health.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to ensure efficient deployment and operation of ML models.
- Automate processes related to data versioning, model versioning, and experiment tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in MLOps, DevOps, or a related role with a focus on ML.
- Strong understanding of ML concepts and workflows, as well as software engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their MLOps services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
