In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of complex manufacturing machinery, ensuring continuous production runs and maintaining optimal performance. You will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, from setting up machines to monitoring their output and performing basic maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor designated production machinery, ensuring efficient and continuous operation.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to maintain production schedules.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products produced by the machines, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures meticulously to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production output, and material consumption.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for planned servicing and urgent repairs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Machine Minder in a production setting.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and operating manuals.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for minor machine issues.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations in an industrial environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle materials as required.
