About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator with experience operating CNC machinery to join their production facility in Bradford . This role is essential for the precise manufacturing of components according to technical specifications. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality parts. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Efficiently manage material handling and tool changes to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
